		<description>This is possible because everyone owed 100.00 Euros to someone and was owed 100.00 Euros from someone else.  If they all got in a room and forgave the debts it would be the same as the above story without the need for the Germany tourists money, which essentially had no impact on the economy of this scenario.</description>
